I feel where you coming from on the aspect of Hov' being the best and in my opinion he's a solid top 3 of all-time and number one in my generation. As far as all time however, my order would be 1.Tupac, 2.Biggie and 3.Jay-z due to the simple fact of time(and I'm a huge Tupac fan). Jay-z is 39 years-old and has embeded his footprint as one of the most influential, lyricaly superior, and possibly greatest public, buisness-minded and musical figures of all time. Still, you have to take into consideration the fact that both Pac and Biggie died at such a young age(25). You also have to look at how fast their reputation, lyrical skill as well as their respective legends rapidly excelled on a global scale. Had they been given the time that Hov' has been blessed with, I'm pretty sure that hip-hop as an industry as well as a culture would be in a different state. Don't get me wrong, I believe that Hov' is in fact the best rapper alive hands-down. But you still have to consider the legends of the game such as Pac, Biggie, Big L, Pun, Rakim, and even LL when mentioning "The Greatest of All-Time". Whattup, Q? I gotta agree with ya. I have always thought that , but Kingdom Come proved it for me. And he has just been on it even harder since then. Hov's lyrics have me like "damn , this ninja just said..." And that's every verse. Anybody who thinks otherwise are just hearing beats, but not listening!
